What is your equal pay story? What are you doing to fight for economic equality for all women? In this video from our #WeAreUNSTOPPABLE ART project, filmmaker Ani Simon-Kennedy partnered with Mighty Oak, a woman-owned company, to illustrate the stories of UNSTOPPABLE women who are paving the way in the fight for equal pay. “As a young female filmmaker and small business owner, it pains me to know that at current rates, America will not close the gender pay gap until at least 2059,” Simon-Kennedy says. “Equal pay for equal work has been the law for almost sixty years, but it remains difficult to obtain.”
